Good evening, it is about 11:30pm and I was up working on homework and started thinking about a good friend of mine. A coworker and I were talking about her earlier today, stating that we missed her and havent talked to her. We both said that we had tried communicating with herr but had not had a response. So we were laughing saying she is probably to good for us now that she has a much better job than we do. All joking of course. Anyway, then tonight I think I havent checked out my frieds blog in about a week, so I need to check it out, since I knew this was something she was really into right now. To my surprise I found a writing about myself related to my canceling a lunch plan and unfortunately I had no idea that this apparently bothered her. Although I am not trying to excuse the fact that I canceled, I would like to say, I had no idea that you were working 50 hours and since I had left a voicemail on Thursday stating I probably wouldnt be able to go to lunch due to lack of funds, that you would have had a back up bagged lunch. Also, I did not realize the time spent negotiating this since I had just made a suggestion on a voicemail. Whatever the case may be, I am truly sorry that I let you down. I also must say that perhaps you may be right, that it is probably best to be impulsive and skip the plans. I hope that the lack of response or interest to my invites after that cancellation, were not just because you were upset with that situation. Please know, if you are upset or dont like something I have said or done, I always prefer that my real friends tell me. Otherwise, there are two people, no friends, unaware of what the other is thinking or feeling. Okay, I have gone on way too long. I end with, my apology once again, for letting you down. I have learned much from you even though you are much younger and I will continue to learn from you, because I admire and respect you.

Thank You for the link. Working happy is a passion of mine and I feel that companies should create an environment that is fun and enjoyable. I think more and more companies are seeing the benefits.
